You know when you’re scrolling through Pinterest and something stops you dead in your tracks?
You spend at least four minutes just studying the photo.
Then you click through, realize that every single piece in the room is super high-end and super expensive, and droop your head, disappointed that you even looked at Pinterest at all.
Yep, that’s what happened to me when I saw this kitchen.
The white and gold, the clean lines, the wood accents, and those lights just made my heart melt.
Unfortunately, the price tag on this kitchen makes my heart melt in a whole different way.
The lights I love so much? Nearly a thousand dollars.
The artsy stools? $500. Each.
The backsplash, cabinets, and gold faucets are enough to make me tear up a little.
So you know what I had to do, right?
Another budget room recreation!
I was able to find some very similar lights for an incredibly low price, almost mimicking the look perfectly.
As for the stools, I found the exact ones, but at almost $500, they were a no-go. It was a bit of a challenge finding affordable wood and gold stools altogether, but then I found these beauties and realized the wood wouldn’t be missed at all. And they’re only $199 at Bed Bath and Beyond, not to mention the fact that BBB almost always has coupons available. YES.
That “vintage” rug I found…not vintage. It’s Target. Another YES.
Throw in some dark wood, shiny glass, and crisp ceramic and you’ve got the look!
As always, I’ve popped in shopping links below to make recreating that gorgeous kitchen easy peasy.
